My friend Dale was thoroughly frustrated. He just didn’t know what to do. There he was sitting at the kitchen table with a pile of bills at before him. He knew for certain that this was not the life he signed up for. He looked up from the table with a single tear streaming down his cheek and asked me a straight question. How do I generate “mad money” in my life?
I stared directly into his eyes and took a deep breath. I let his question sink into my soul for a few moments. I could feel his frustration as I saw him fighting to hold back the tears.
“I know you really really want more money in your life”, I told him. “In fact you don’t just want more money. You want to have “Mad Money”! “Yes” he said. That’s it. I then asked him one simply question. Have you developed a “Master Money Plan” for your life as yet? He looked at me and then slowly hung his head. “No I haven’t… I don’t even know what that would look like and I have no idea how to develop one.” “That’s just fine”, I responded. You’re in the perfect place.

In a previous post I talked at length about your Vision for Wealth Creation. But you can clearly see that having that is not enough. That is simply there to give you the pathway to follow or a clear picture of what is possible. It simply allows you to declare “how much money you want to create by when.” But can you see now that you need much more than that?
You need an appropriate vehicle that will take you where you want to go. You need a system or a tool that will enable you to acquire the money you want. If you don’t have a vehicle then having a Vision for Wealth Creation by itself will simply serve to drive you crazy.
