How Can Extreme Action Stop Foreclosure?

Well It has been another exhausting night.  I know you’re wondering what happened?  Well I took one of those extreme trips to sign a deal with a client.  And I got back at three in the morning.  So I was just wondering are you willing to take extreme actions to Stop Foreclosure even if it means getting home late?

I remember a friend of mine named Sam.  We actually went to school together.  But he was a master of extreme action.  One day when he ended up in foreclosure I saw this idea modeled.  He did everything to the extreme.  It was funny.  Well this worked to stop his foreclosure and it can work for you too.

Here is the formula that he used to go to the extremes in life to stop foreclosure and starting to build wealth.  Trust me if you implement this plan exactly as outline your financial state will change,  That is what you want isn’t it?  I suggest you also download my free offer package called Stop Foreclosure and Start Building Wealth.

So the first thing you want to do to take extreme action is to gather all the advice and counsel you can on how to save money, minimize bills and make more money.  This is powerful because as the old adage says “massive action produces massive results.”  Extreme action creates extreme results.  Won’t you agree with me if I say that you need to willing to go to any lengths to stop foreclosure and save your family home?

  • Compile a list of all advice on how to stop foreclosure
    • example: Write letters of hardship to lenders
    • example: Call lenders back and answer every call from lawyers and banks
  • Compile a list of all advice on how to save money
    • example: Develop a monthly expense budget
    • example: minimize your expenses by cutting back the cable or satellite bill
    • example: Stop spending money on long distance calls
  • Compile a list of all advice on how to get a new mortgage
    • example: Call a new lender every day until you find one that will work with you to refinance
    • example: Contact various brokers and get them working for you to get a new mortgage
  • Compile a list of all advice on how to build wealth
    • example: Find out what you are passionate about
    • example: Find others who are successfully working in this field and learn what they are doing
    • example: Put a plan together to market some idea or dream or service or product to the masses.

By taking decisive, focused and extreme action towards stopping your foreclosure and building wealth you actually create a brand new possibility for yourself.  That is your real goal isn’t it?  Most who are in foreclosure really want to move beyond foreclosure to building wealth.

Most people who want to accomplish this goal face a number of challenges.  The main challenge is that they are not willing to take quick, focused, aggressive actions towards stopping their goal.  So I encourage you today to be one of the few who is willing to experience a totally different result by taking a different action.

By being willing to make aggressive moves and take quick focused action towards stopping your foreclosure and starting to build wealth you will actually begin to open up brand new pathways to what is possible.  You will be more prone to staying ahead of the banks, lawyers and courts who believe you cannot do this.  You will be rising to a higher occasion.

Does Change Stop Foreclosure?

July 21, 2008 by Admin

Well can you guess where I went today?  I took a trip with a friend of mine up to the Columbian Ice fields in Alberta Canada.  One thing is very clear to me from this journey.  The world of nature is always changing.  Therefore we who are a part of nature must change too.  Are you willing to change with your environment in order to stop foreclosure?

The Donaldson’s had lived in their neighborhood for the last 25 years.  But then their town started changing.  Suddenly they found themselves in foreclosure because of a series of setbacks.  By using the principles outlined in this post they discovered how to work towards stopping foreclosure and start building wealth.

So what exactly do you think they did?  Let me break it down in a  short and easy step by step approach for you.

  • They changed their viewpoint and perspective.  They first decided that foreclosure was not the worse thing that could happen and that it was not so much a matter of whether the bank wanted to take the house from them.  It was more a matter of whether or not they wanted to keep that house.  They recognized that in today’s down market they just might want to sell as one way for stopping foreclosure.
  • They changed their belief system.  By coming to realize that anything was possible and there was nothing they could not do or accomplish they quickly overcame obstacles that had kept them weighted down for years.  Suddenly they began to transform from being people who let life happen to them to being people who could make life happen.
  • They changed their job searching techniques.  Quickly they realized that their search for a job and better pay was limited by where they were searching and what they were searching for.  They came to learn real fast that they could adapt to this change.
  • They changed their attitude towards the bank.  They moved from a victim mentally to a free and powerful mentality.  By realizing they had the right and basis to ask difficult questions of the bank they propagated an powerful shift in the way the bank related to them.

This idea of being willing to change can truly work for anybody who is seeking to stopping foreclosure.  How can it work for me you ask?  Well it is really quite simple.  It works because it allows you to search in different areas and different ways for the same answers you were only searching for in one place.

Sometimes we forget that stopping foreclosure is really all about finding the best solution.  Well the previous statement by definition means that there are numerous solutions available.  There are many that are possible to you which if implemented would quickly solve your foreclosure crisis.  What is needed more than anything is a willingness to try something new and experience total and complete change.

Can Powerful Faith Stop Foreclosure?

Okay it is really very late and I am feeling exhausted.  So I’m not going to write long.  But I do want to ask some important questions.  Do you believe you can you really stop foreclosure amidst all its ominous force?

I know someone I’ll call Sheila who found herself in a very difficult financial situation.  She just didn’t know what to do.  She was faced with foreclosure on two of her family homes.  But just when it seemed like all the odds were stacked against her she found a solution and got out of foreclosure.  When I asked her how she did it she said “my faith brought me through”.

Take a brief moment and examine your faith to see if it has the following.

  1. Do you believe that you are powerful to solve your foreclosure?
  2. Do you believe in God or a power outside of yourself?
  3. Do you believe you are born for this moment and though you’re in foreclosure you can get out?
  4. Do you believe that somehow this difficult situation will soon pass?

Now if you will let me speak candidly for a moment I’ll tell you that I am an individual of faith.  I don’t really know where you are in terms of your belief system and the way you utilize faith in your life.  But I’ll take this moment to challenge you to build a powerful faith in yourself, your God and in your future possibilities.

Okay so I invite you to look inward for a moment right now today and ask yourself, Do I have the faith to press on?  Do I believe in myself, my God and my future?  Reflect on this thought all day today.  Ask yourself “Do I really believe I can stop my foreclosure?”

I’m going to have to sign off and go to bed now.  But I promise I’ll continue this conversation with you again on Saturday evening.  Look for my post on faith and how powerful it can be to helping you Change Your Foreclosure Situation and Start Building Wealth today.  I promise you it will be worth it.  But I’m going to say good night now and see you tomorrow.

Sincerely,

The Foreclosure Doctor

How to move beyond stopping foreclosure to building wealth? Is there even such a possibility? For most it seems like such a distant and elusive dream.  You may ask how do I even start thinking of building wealth when I can’t stop foreclosure.

For the mother of three children who had just lost her job this was a looming question.  It just didn’t seem possible.  She never knew a day when she was not financially struggling.  And she never ever thought about building wealth until she read the free e-book I’m offering.  Now I’m going to share it with you.

Stop Foreclosure by Selling Your House, And Buying Another?

July 15, 2008 by Admin

Okay now some of you will remember I wrote about this at the beginning of the month in a post called I Can Sell My House & Buy A Nicer One For Less Money! – While In Foreclosure?   And many of you were quite intrigued by this strategy.  I know you’ve been wondering when are we going to get more details on how this plan works?

There was a single mother who was in foreclosure.  She felt stuck until she found out about this strategy.  So yes it is workable and anybody can do it.  Finally I’m going to break it down for you in just ten quick and easy steps.  Yes I’m going to tell you all the amazing secrets of how to buy a house in this market.  And I’m telling you for free.  Can you believe that?  Are you ready?

Ten Quick and Easy Steps

  1. Loosen your grasp on your current house that is in foreclosure.
    1. If you are in foreclosure or find yourself in a mortgage you cannot afford then it’s time to tell the truth
    2. At one time the house you’re in may have been a good deal or it may have provided a solution
    3. Now it is no longer a good deal and it no longer offers the same solution
    4. Accept that you might have to let this house go but that’s okay because you can always buy another house
  2. Arrange to put off your auction date if you are in foreclosure by negotiating with the bank or court
    1. Write your bank a Letter of Hardship and seek to get some time to get caught up
    2. Also request a debt work-out program be created on your behalf
    3. But know for yourself that your real purpose in negotiating is to buy yourself time to get another house.
  3. Determine in your mind that you are better off to sell and buy something else at a good price.
    1. Realize that all houses have dropped in value.
    2. You can buy a home that cost way less and you can have a mortgage that you can afford
    3. If you know how to buy you can buy below market and you can get an even greater discount
    4. Put the house for sale at a price that will let it sell in 45 to 60 days
  4. Prepare to move by looking at different communities and neighborhoods you would like to live.
    1. Get boxes and start packing, cleaning and making minor repairs on current house
    2. Let your neighbors, friends and family know that you are moving.
    3. Hold garage sales and yard sales to get rid of any excess junk you do not wish to take with you.
  5. Go to the Real Estate Disposition Corporation’s web-site and do a search in your area for up coming auctions.
    1. Search for other home auction companies if you don’t find what you’re looking for in the above site.
    2. Realize that these homes are already vacant.  In other words you are not profiting from someone else’s loss by buying these homes.  While this is a foreclosure auction it is being run by the banks.  Yes the same banks that are forcing you out of your own home will gladly sell you another home at the auction providing you know how to buy.
  6. Print off all the houses in the auction list that you are interested in and start doing your homework!
    1. Pre-select based on size, bedrooms area, style of house and amount of the “Previously Valued Price”
    2. Now call a realtor and ask him/her to run some comparables for you.
    3. Discount the price the realtor gives you for each house by 30%
  7. Identify the houses you can qualify for based on your credit and income.  Note that qualifying will be slightly easier since you will be buying a property with equity in it.  That’s almost like a cash deposit.
  8. Look online to see the dates these properties are  available for viewing.
    1. The viewing dates are usually held on a weekend.  So clear your schedule for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  9. Negotiate with a bank or lender to get pre-approved for a mortgage
    1. Shop around to find a mortgage broker or lender who will understand your situation and work with you.  You help them earn their commission and they help you.
  10. Go to the auction and bid based on your pre-approved amount and the price you have pre-established you would bid on  the house.
    1. Do go over all the auction rules and become familiar with their policies ahead of time.
    2. Do not bid based on emotions.  Bid strictly by the numbers.
    3. Do not panic if you lose a bid or come away without having successfully won.  There will be more tomorrow.

I wish you well as you go forward and try these ten steps.  Please let me know how it works out for you.  I’m eager to hear your success stories.  I promise you by the end of the day if you work this plan it will work.  You will find yourself in a good home of your choosing.

Can You Stop Debt As Seen On TV?

So guess what I did today?  I went out to this store called “As Seen On TV” and bought that amazing patch perfect grass that many of you have seen on TV. And while in the store a strange question came to me. Homeowners need a special product or service to help them solve their financial problems too.  So I thought I’d go to the store manager and ask the question.

Dawn I said, that was the clerk’s name, do you have anything to help folks get out of debt or stop foreclosure?  Dawn was stunned.  She never heard that question before.  Of all the items in the store there was no Foreclosure Stopper or Debt Eliminator.  She paused and said “just one moment please.”  Then she spoke and guess what she said.

Got Questions For the Foreclosure Doctor?

July 12, 2008 by Admin

Do you really have some questions for me?  Some of you may be wondering who I am.  Who is the Foreclosure Doctor.   Well let me share a little.  Actually I should say “We” because this blog Foreclosure Doctor Online really represents a series of Foreclosure Doctors or Foreclosure Specialists.  What do we really do?  What is our intention?  We work together with clients to help them Stop Foreclosure.

Well Sam’s story (Name changed to protect identity) who is one of our clients can help answer that.  He was in big financial trouble with his house.  He was months behind on his mortgage.  He wanted to stay in his home.  But his forced auction date was coming up.  He was in a panic until one day he met with the specialists from our team.  Can you guess what happened next?

Well the name of our company that we operate under is Golden InterCapital Investments Corp.  And this is how we stepped in to help.  First we listened to his story and offered to help.  We assured him that we are able to help him stay in his home.  And we shared with him full disclosure about how our program works.

Our program works like this.  We joint venture with the client to arrange for a brand new mortgage on the home.  We use our credit and financial strength joined together with the client’s equity to purchase the property to secure a new mortgage on the property.

Then after about six months of perfect payments we sign the house back into our clients name and they assume that new mortgage.  Doesn’t that sound like a great deal?  It is an innovative, creative but practical strategy.  We are able to do this providing there is sufficient equity in the property to safely do the deal.

We make a small fee for our service but that is normal there are costs involved.  However, Asset preservation is our primary goal.  We feel motivated to do this great work and help people who are facing foreclosure to stop their foreclosure and start building wealth because we believe there is an abundance for all.

We have been doing this for about five years now and we’ve helped numerous people.  There are so many individual investors and loan companies out there taking advantage of a client’s misfortune.

It is just amazing how these companies or investors choose to structure deals with homeowners that are designed to fail.  And when they fail, it is the investor who gets the house and all the equity built up in it.

Ours is a totally different strategy.  We design our deals to win.  We believe everybody can win.  The client can win the bank can win and we can win.  Right now we only make this unique offer in Alberta, Canada where we are based because the law there allows for a mortgage to be assumed without qualifying.

However we have structured other similar deals that are offered in different parts of Canada and the United States.  We really want to help with the foreclosure crisis that most American communities are facing.  We have established this blog with an abundance of information and a wealth of resources to help all who are seeking help in the midst of their financial crisis.

You see that is the real goal to help people by empowering them with knowledge to prevent debt and financial loss.  There are so many who are losing there entire equity unnecessarily.  But with the right knowledge, wisdom and understanding we can stop debt and start building wealth.

We want to help as many families as we can to stay in their homes and start building wealth.  We will continue posting content that I believe is of high value for our readers.  We are open to hear your ideas and discover more about what subjects you want to read about.  Feel free to comment and together we will build a relationship where you are supported and powerfully helped.

Are You Telling the Truth To Stop Foreclosure?

Are you telling the truth about your foreclosure situation?  Are you even willing to face the truth and embrace the facts about your situation?  Many in foreclosure are hiding from their circumstances and telling themselves a lie.  Then at the last minute when it is way too late they try to do something.  But did you know something powerful and amazing happens when you tell the truth?

I remember meeting a woman named Janice who was at her wit’s end.  She was distraught and panicky because of her foreclosure situation and yet she chose to pretend she was not behind on her mortgage.  So you can understand why she did nothing to Stop The Foreclosure Process against her.  She seemed to believe the bank would simply go away.  In the end she had to go away and leave her house.
