Well what an interesting experiencing I had today.  It was so fascinating that I’ve got to ask you the question that was asked of me.  Do you really need that new I-phone?  What was wrong with your old phone?  Most likely nothing except for the fact that the new Iphone just came out!  Right?

There I was in line at the mall today just going to pay my cell phone bill.  I honestly didn’t know why the lines were so long; and what were so many security guards doing there.  I asked one young lady who was standing in line in front of me.  One word she said “Iphone”.  Then she remarked, “Everybody here thinks they need one but I just want to pay my bill. “

Are you telling the truth about your foreclosure situation?  Are you even willing to face the truth and embrace the facts about your situation?  Many in foreclosure are hiding from their circumstances and telling themselves a lie.  Then at the last minute when it is way too late they try to do something.  But did you know something powerful and amazing happens when you tell the truth?

I remember meeting a woman named Janice who was at her wit’s end.  She was distraught and panicky because of her foreclosure situation and yet she chose to pretend she was not behind on her mortgage.  So you can understand why she did nothing to Stop The Foreclosure Process against her.  She seemed to believe the bank would simply go away.  In the end she had to go away and leave her house.

I Can Sell My House & Buy a Nicer One For Less Money! - While In Foreclosure?

Sam and Gina were desperate and frustrated.  What should they possibly do?  They just got a call from the bank’s lawyer.  What a tough cookie he was.  They were losing their home.  Now they had some major decisions to make and not much time to make them.  At the top of the list of solutions they came up with was “Sell the house and buy a nicer one for less money in this depressed market.  Now don’t you think that that’s a WINNING STRATEGY?

And why not sell?  Why not get the bank off your back, stop the lawyer from calling and then turn around and buy another house for less money?  Have you ever thought of doing that?  Sam and Gina did and by doing that they found a graceful exit from the foreclosure procedure all entirely.

Now you can too!  Because in this post I’m going to show you how.  You can create your own bail out from disaster and either sell your home to save your credit or get a loan modification which I’ll talk about later.  Your home is your investment

And so even if it is just in some small way that makes you an investor who possesses the power to make wise decisions and escape the manacling grasp and downward pull of the foreclosure procedure.

Need Foreclosure Process Knowledge and Education? - Part 2

Do you want to solve your foreclosure problem but just don’t know where to begin?  Are you wanting to pay your bills and get out of foreclosure but feel stuck and trapped and treated unfairly by the bank and lender?

Don, an established worker in the oil and gas industry, lived a life of responsibility and integrity until he had an accident on the job.  He has not been able to pay his mortgage for the last three months.  He has called the bank every month for the last three months but they refused to talk to him about making up late or missed payments.

Now I ask you, “How do you think Don can talk to a banker or lender who says “we refuse to talk to you while you are in arrears?”  Believe me when when I say that he canI’ll show you how right here in this post.

The conversation about the USA home owner foreclosure continues and many are wondering what the government can do to solve the problem.  While they are working on figuring that out, I want to have a conversation with you about what you can do to solve the problem.

  • This is largely a conversation about individual responsibility.  Let me take a quick poll or survey of the American foreclosure population.

How many who are currently in foreclosure feel personally responsible for the situation they are on?  How many do you think are working towards doing something to solve their problem?

Well I would venture to say that among the few who fully take personal responsibility for their own foreclosure problem most feel absolutely helpless or unable to do something about their situation.

You may ask the question “What can I do about the foreclosure that I am facing?  That is exactly what we will be discussing in the upcoming blogs.

It is a completely free package of three totally free e books.  They are absolutely jammed full of vital information that offer you the knowledge, wisdom and guidance to start taking the right steps towards stopping your foreclosure and starting to build wealth.

  • You do want to acquire the knowledge you need to make wise choices don’t you?  Well, I encourage you to act now.  Download this package now and follow the directions.
  • You will also want to take advantage of some of the other links and programs that are in the sidebar.  Have you  ever wished you had a financial genius or coach by your side to offer you new ideas, coaching and guidance while going through your problem?
  • You will find that coaching and teaching in the sidebar.  I have carefully selected these programs to powerfully help you deal with your financial problems no matter where you may be in the foreclosure process.
  • I have also created the Online Foreclosure Doctor Community Forum.  This is a safe place where you can interact with others who are searching for solutions to their foreclosure situation.  You can also dialogue with me or some of the other experts on my team
  • I have outlined a number of powerful actions or steps you can take right now towards solving your foreclosure crisis problem.  Taking powerful action in the midst of this crisis is the real mark of whether or not you are doing the right thing.  In doing so you acknowledge that as owner of the house you are in you are 100% responsible for your situation
  • I know there is much temptation blame unscrupulous lenders.  The constant conversation about who is to blame and who should find a solution is overwhelming to fully embrace.  Now I’m not saying that you must refuse any outside help from government or outside sources.  That certainly would not be wise.
  • I’m simply highlighting the fact that you must choose to move to the forefront of any solution creation process.  I understand that much of the focus right now is on the crisis created by the sub-prime mortgage industry.  But while it is true that bankers gave loans to many who were clearly not able to pay it is also true that many borrowers borrowed much more than they were able to pay.
  • If you’re in such a mortgage right now then honesty and truthfulness at every level is a great place to start.  I’ll talk more about this in the next post.  For now, simply acknowledging that their is a problem because you signed up for a mortgage that you could not afford is a big step.
  • You see the truth is most who are in foreclosure are truly powerless and they feel it on every level.  Wouldn’t you agree?  The mounting debt, the destroyed credit and the diminishing monthly income all point to a foreclosure crisis that is right now looming for many.  So you know now or you knew all along that you just could not afford this mortgage.
  • Let’s tell the truth about our financial problems.  The moment we start telling the truth about our finances we begin to be powerful.  You do want to get your power back don’t you?  The moment we start to take full responsibility for the crisis we are in and stop blaming others for it we begin to regain our power.  Did you ever imagine it was so simple?

It is sometimes easy to blame others for the problems we face because we feel a temporary release from the pain.  But that doesn’t last does it?  It doesn’t last because on the other side of the coin of “blame someone else” is “take your responsibility

By blaming the bank or the mortgage broker or the government we give all our power, responsibility and authority away to the ones we blame.  Is that what you want to do?   If we begin our day by telling ourselves “we are not able to do anything about our situation” we abdicate the throne of our lives and we surrender our power and authority.

This is the beginning of a terrible trap.  The result of this way of thinking is that we end up helpless, weak and locked away in a prison of our own creation.  We don’t do anything to solve our problem because we simply will not let ourselves.

Eventually we end up like that deer in the headlights you’ve heard everyone talk about.  Caught between ignorance and dissallusionment leaves us with only one alternative.  What’s that you ask?  Doing nothing about our situation.  Many are caught wondering “how in the world did I get to this place?”

Well we all know how we got to where we are in life.  We get to where we get by the choices we make.  We are the drivers of our own humanity sitting behind the wheel of our lives and steering ourselves in the direction we are going.

Indeed each man or woman is the director of their destiny and the master of their fate.  And the moment you begin to take full and complete responsibility for where you are financially is the moment you will begin to think the thoughts necessary to transform your situation.

In my next post I’m going to write about the right attitude one should adopt while in foreclosure if you really want to get out.  Continue coming to this blog and reading these post.  I promise you will great, valuable, thematic and powerful information.  Every post will take you one step closer to where you need to be.

Need Foreclosure Process Knowledge and Education? - Part 1

What factors enter into plunging people into foreclosure?

Sharon’s sister passed away about six months ago.  Her niece went to live with Sharon’s mom.  Last week Sharon’s dad died.  She is bravely pushing on and has welcomed our help to solve her foreclosure situation.

A death in the family, loss of a job, divorce or spousal separation or declining health are issues that usually tend to plunge people into foreclosure.  Then, of course, there are other reasons such as illicit drug use, poor budgeting and spending habits, and bad financial decisions.

  • In this post I want to discuss some of the social issues that push one into a position of foreclosure.  I will also present some viable ways of addressing not just the foreclosure itself but the social situation behind the foreclosure.  Isn’t that the real issue anyways?  Now before I continue let me take a moment to encourage you to download the Guide to Stopping Foreclosure and Building Wealth

Often times even if the impacting events or underlying situation behind the foreclosure are not preventable.  An individual has a choice of how to act, behave and respond to negative social events so that foreclosure does not become a threat.  But since most people don’t know this, they allow the social event to dictate their actions.

Then they tell the bank a hardship story and hope that the bank understands or their lender will be merciful.  Don’t get me wrong now.  It is important to know how to tell a hardship story to your lender at times.

  • But do you think that will be enough?  Of course not!  One must have a viable and real means of getting the money to solve the problem.  Usually this means one must find a way to overcome social issues which may have impacted ones financial situation.

Foreclosure affect all demographics of people.  It doesn’t matter if what gender, race, color, ethnicity, language or nationality an individual may be.  The threat of foreclosure looms for all of us as long as we are subject to the effects of social problems of death, job loss, divorce or a decline in health.

Foreclosure is really a symptom of a larger social problem that lurks somewhere in an individual’s life.  For the most part foreclosure properties are owned by people who mean well and desire to pay but for some reason or another have lost the ability to pay.

  • So when it comes to stopping foreclosure it is important to look for a long-term solution to the real problem.  However developing the resilience needed to recover from any social issue one may go through is not taught  in school.  And so for many who are facing the threat of losing their family home, knowledge of what to do is totally foreign.

But would you love to know how to stop your foreclosure situation right now?  I know for certain you don’t want to see a  big sign on your lawn saying, “foreclosed home for sale”.  Well you ask yourself the question what must I do to stop my foreclosure from happening?

  • Well the bottom line is you need money!  Frankly, the only thing that can stop your foreclosure is more money.  There is no other way for the bank to get off your back and for the creditors to quit calling except for you are able to find a way to make more money and pay the bills.

So what are some of the hidden challenges that lie behind the task of “making more money”?  We all know that’s where the real problem lies.  And solving that problem will usually place you in a position where you naturally know how to solve your financial problem.

It’s not surprising that anybody who is going through storms of personal financial deficiency may feel a sense of hopelessness.  Haven’t you thrown up your hands in despair and naturally felt overcome with feelings as you think “How can I save my home”?  The funny thing is that as you get online and search for “foreclosure help” most of what you find are simple bandaid solutions

  • Who online is offering real solutions for people who are in foreclosure?  Most get stuck in what I call the foreclosure ruts and there is no one who can really help.  This is so because very few programs even begin to address the real underlying issue behind what caused the foreclosure to begin with.  So an individual may get out of foreclosure temporarily but soon they find themselves back in foreclosure.

This trap becomes an additional financial drain on one’s finances because of the incurring legal cost assessed in going through a round of foreclosure.  The foreclosure process itself sucks up extra cash in legal fees since the lawyers that file the foreclosure lawsuit usually charge you - the victim of foreclosure – for their fees.

  • So in reality you end up inadvertently paying a law firm to foreclose on you.  Do you really want to do that?   No not at all.  But through proper knowledge, wisdom and guidance you can stop this vicious cyclical process.  That is why I encourage you to sign up for the Guide to Stopping Foreclosure and Building Wealth today.  It will guide you to a greater understanding of the foreclosure process.

Now of course this is not the place where you want to stop.  It is not enough stop the foreclosure process.  Why not use this crisis as an opportunity to figure out what is necessary for you to start building wealth?  I encourage you to not only download this free Guide to Stopping Foreclosure and Building Wealth but also join the Foreclosure Doctor Community Forum and start taking advantage of some powerful knowledge that can change your lives.

Think to Stop Foreclosure And Build Wealth!

June 17, 2008 by Admin

Are you in foreclosure, broke, and thinking about how bad things are and how much of a failure you are?

Luke told me last week that is exactly what his situation was.  After talking with him, he realized the future wasn’t as bleak as he had thought.  There was hope!  This wasn’t the end.  He could protect what he had built up through hard work.

  • What you don’t know is that your feelings about being broke and poor contribute to keeping you broke and poor.  The thoughts that you think so consistently eventually seep into your sub-conscience mind and become a part of your emotional feelings.

Now don’t get me wrong.  If you’re facing foreclosure right now, please don’t think I’m trying to marginalize your situation or minimize your experience.  I’m not trying in the least to make light of your current situation.  I’m simply inviting you to consider some powerful tools for breaking free financially.

What is it that you really want for yourself and your family?  What kind of life do you want to liveWhat kind of financial reality do you want for yourselfIs the life you are living now with your constant debt and lack of money the kind of life you really want to live?

I always ask this question – even of myself.  When you were little and didn’t know anything of life’s troubles, did you dream of this life?  During those moments of childhood when you believed you can become any anything you wanted to become, was this life of lack and constant want a part of your dreams?

Most would agree that the financial demise they are currently in was not a part of their childhood dreams.  During those early days of life’s beginnings they knew for sure what they wanted for there life and this wasn’t that life.  They were not living that life of their childhood dreams.

  • One thing that can help you recover from your current financial situation and turn your life around is to recall and remember your childhood dreams.

Have you ever wondered whatever happened to those dreams?  Where did your life go so badly off course?  How did you lose the dreams of those early years and what caused you to veer off course?

  1. In order to fully realize what you and I want, we must plan our lives by the thoughts we think.  Somewhere along the way we all tend to lose sight of our dreams because we think the wrong thoughts.
  2. Even for many who are not in financial demise thinking the right thoughts can greatly enhance your life and bring back the childhood dreams you may have forgotten.  That’s why I encourage you to check out the Wealth Beyond Reason
  3. Finally a program that is dedicated to helping you think the thoughts necessary to help you regain your dreams by thinking the right thoughts.  Can you imagine having the power to change your life by directing the thoughts you think?

Right now it is hard to imagine or even consider that you can take full responsibility for the entirety of your life.  But what if you could?  Would that not be a powerful place to be?  By taking responsibility for the financial failures in your life you also get the power to take responsibility for your success and victories.

This simply means you get to acknowledge that by the power you have to choose you can create the life you want.  By remembering your dreams and goals and choosing the steps that will bring you to those places you will get to where you really want to be.

Then on those nights when you reflect on those dreams of childhood and you see they’ve turned into reality you will know that your choosing to bring them into existence began with powerful thoughts.

Want Tips For Winning In The Global Price Rise?

June 11, 2008 by Admin

Who would believe that the rich and famous would have to deal with foreclosure?

Literally thousands from every walk of life are facing foreclosure.  And the list encompasses people from all walks of life including Evander Holyfield and Ed McMahon

  • If you’re facing foreclosure in the midst of all these global rising prices, I strongly encourage you to take some steps towards powerful action now.  By bookmarking this blog or subscribing to it through the feedburner you will gain tremendous knowledge, tips and ideas about how to deal with your financial situation.  You will find numerous free downloads for e-books and audio books with tips to help you in your situation.
  • As I build this blog my intention is to make it the number one space online for any individual facing foreclosure.  The long-term goal is to help you deal with your foreclosure situation and then change or transition your focus to building wealth.  When you understand certain principles of wealth and money that anyone can adopt, you will take an important step towards changing and bettering your life.

Stories about price increases for basic goods and services pin point the news every day.  It just seems like everyone is feeling the crunch.  From parents to children and in every market there is a clear increase in cost.  We are paying more just to live and exist in the land of the free and the home of the brave.  And besides that so many are facing foreclosure of their family home.

What is interesting is that the entire family is affected.  From hard working parents to young people working their way through school there seems to be rising costs for books, food, housing and of course, gas.  Even children are feeling a corresponding cut in their allowances.

Single parents are affected more than regular two parent ones because they would most likely bring in less in terms of income.  Most times single-parent households would have to rely on additional means of raising money or structure themselves so they can leverage their time into more money.

But what does all this mean?  How do we handel the challenge of rising consumer prices while dealing with foreclosure?  Fortunately for we human beings change, adaptation and adjustment are things we do well even though we experience much discomfort in the process.  So I decided to give some vital tips for coping and surviving these tough financial times.

  • Learning how to raise more money through leverage-based investing is an exciting and plausible means of generating the income needed to cope with the rising cost of living.  Those who can turn a couple of extra real estate flips or successfully do day trading in the stock market are better positioned to survive.
  • Others who have extra skills are looking to those as sources of extra income.  Abilities like teaching piano lessons, baby sitting, gardening, baking, and house or office cleaning, or even renting out a basement or an extra room are effective ways of bring in extra income.  Being innovative and creative with your current resources can greatly increase your ability to earn extra money.

Price of food continues to rise and growing children are hungry.  Doesn’t it just seem like there’s no end in site?  You’re probably wondering “How in the world can I feed my children when the financial pressures seem to squeeze from all angles?  Well we must change as the world changes.  We must resist the lure to become comfortable.

  • Well are you willing to change your eating habits?  Why not try something new?  Cutting out fast food and junk food all together and reducing the amount of trips to your favorite restaurant can help.  Planning your meals and cooking balanced, healthy meals at home is an important idea for coping with this dramatic rise in the cost of living as well.
  • But one of the most powerful tips you can employ is change or adaptation in the way you make your money.  First of all I encourage you to download the Free Foreclosure Report and read it thoroughly.  Now I strongly encourage you to choose one of the packages that are in the sidebar on the right.  Take advantage of the low cost offer to enhance your personal life and change your philosophy by adopting the right knowledge and information.

The number one tip for winning the global price rise is to realize that the world is changing.  The world must change in order to cope with economic change.  Therefore you must change too.  It is not enough to make changes to your world around you.  You must change yourself.  You must change your mind.  Doing what you normally do simply will not work anymore.
