Why Not Move for Better Service?

Would you stay in a bad marriage if you’re not getting what you want?  I mean you may stay physically but would you stay emotionally?  Many facing foreclosure stay with their brokerage firm, bank or mortgage company even though they are not happy.

But really, does staying in a bad relationship, whether it be a marriage or a mortgage, even offer you a badge of honor?  Do you ever get the listening ear, understanding, or respect you deserve?

If you want better service from your financial institution while caught in these hard financial times and you’re not getting it, then why not move from where you are?  Some people just feel stuck!   I just moved this blog from one hosting service to another.

I moved because of you.  I wanted to have better service so I can offer you, the reader, better service.  I figured out pretty quick that I could not get what I wanted and so I moved.

I think a relationship with an Internet hosting company is like a good marriage.  Service, appreciation and loving must go both waysIf you’re stuck in a bad mortgage or caught in a relationship with a bad bank that doesn’t return your calls and simply refuses to serve you, then why not move?

Why stay in a bad relationship and end up in foreclosure and loss of your family home?  What is keeping you stuck and tied to something that has ceased to work for you?  Sometimes, if you really search deep on the inside you’ll discover the real cause of inaction.

Now tell the truth, is it fear, is it confusion, or is it an appearance of comfort and satisfaction with where you are right now?

There are many who feel stuck in their foreclosure situation right now.  Yet they keep on wanting better service from their mortgage company or their broker.  As you read this you may be wondering mmmhhh in what way am I like this?

Is the bank I’m with threatening to foreclose on me?  Do I find myself begging every month for the bank to give me more time?  Am I just coming out of a mountain of debts with three children and my ex-husband left me and now the bank is trying to leave me too?

When would NOW be the time to start directing your own destiny and mastering your own fate?

Your financial situation doesn’t have to end tragically.  First of all you must recognize that your real wealth lies on the inside.  That is where all your power and person-hood lies.  That is where your sacred self resides and It is not your external wealth or money.

It is your internal value and virtue.  Second you must recognize that you can move to a new company.  Even with a bad credit history and a not so glowing employment track record you can still move.   And you can win in every situation as long as you have the right philosophy.

Why stay committed to non-functioning organizations that are not committed to you.  It’s a simple but inspiring idea.  Go in search of what you want and don’t stop until you find it.  In all areas of life be the persistent person that never gives up.

Refinance While In Foreclosure?

You may be wondering. Why should my credit matter when it comes to getting a mortgage? I Have so much equity in my home and it is in such great condition that any investor would be safe with very little risk should they choose to refinance me. I have a great job, great character and a sufficient amount of cash for a monthly budget, doesn’t that help?

Isn’t there something that can be done with the equity in my house to help me solve my problem? I have a great job and plenty of equity in the home and I would have great credit except for the fact that my wife maxed out the credit cards and then left. I should not have to be paying so much more in interest simply because of something my wife has done. Where do I turn to for a refinance?

Or is there anybody who is willing to help me?  Isn’t there an agency or an institution out there that exists to help people like me out of this?  Can’t the government do something?  You may be thinking to yourself I’m here with my three children and I’m all alone in this mess.  And you feel stuck!  You wonder, why is it that no Nobody seems to want to help?

You hear about Project Lifeline, the government’s new foreclosure bail out plan and for a moment you think there is hope.  Then you discover you don’t fit the strict criteria established to benefit from Project Lifeline.  There seems to be no way out.

Many times when we’re facing impending foreclosure problems we do not know what to do. Yes you can get out of a pre-foreclosure problem but it takes knowledge, understanding and skill. There are many precarious pitfalls to avoid. There is a Free Foreclosure Report available here at this blog that will help you best position yourself with knowledge and wisdom.

Does Foreclosure Stop Refinance?

Yes sometimes it is nice to have tons of equity in your home. But who needs money locked away in their home when you’re facing a personal crisis in your life and would much rather have the cash in your hand? Well you called up your banker and asked, “Can I get a refinance?” The first response is “No” and the second response is “No” and the last response is “No”

So there you are with health care bills and a large house with equity but no money.  And you are wondering “how in the world did I get here and where do I go from here?”

Now you call up another bank or lending institution and you ask the same question. You gulp after you learn of the high interest rate and the upfront fee. My goodness you think to yourself, If I had money to pay the fee I won’t need the refinance. You never thought you’d be stuck like this before but you are and you don’t know where to turn. Can somebody help me get a refinance you ask? All I need is for someone to help me refinance my house but where do I turn for that when my credit is bad and I’m already in foreclosure?  How in the world do you go about getting a refinance while in foreclosure?  What are the foreclosure procedures?

Many who feel stuck and unable to climb out of the ruts of financial despair resort to dubious organizations and individuals to find last minute, desperate help. What they don’t know is that there are many out there whose goal is to steal your house with all it’s equity in it. That’s right they choose to kick you while you’re down by offering you a small sum of money as a temporary fix just so they can get you to sign your home away. Please beware of these slick entities.  I encourage you to learn the foreclosure process.

There is a really good Free Foreclosure Report available that deals with this extensively. It also clearly documents how the foreclosure laws work in your state and provides you with valuable knowledge that can help you navigate the dangerous waters of foreclosure and debt to financial freedom and wealth.

Are You Facing Foreclosure?

Sometimes when life hits you hard and you see a whole new world of tragedy looming ahead, you can’t help but wonder, how do I avoid losing everything?

What did the bank say when they called? Are they really putting the house in foreclosure simply because of a few missed or late payments? And you ponder, why wouldn’t they let me catch up on my payments? Why wouldn’t they even give me a bit of a break for six months or so?  What is up with this foreclosure procedure which seems to be so on-sideded?

You are certain you can catch up until that last check doesn’t clear and now you are more than three payments behind and facing impending foreclosure. You ask, how did I end up in foreclosure? And how do I get out? Everywhere you turn you face obstacles and no matter what you do things just seem to get worse. Then you wonder where are the people who explain how this whole foreclosure process works? How do I learn the system? How do I stop this?

Can I unravel what seems to be a mysterious foreclosure process?

You ask yourself, does this mean I lose all my equity? Do I lose my pride and dignity too or is it just my credit that will be gone? If you are asking any of these questions then you are not alone. Millions are facing the threat of foreclosure every day and feel caught in a no win situation and wondering how do I get out? Well there is a way out. Are you eager to learn?

I write about this because of my own experience with people who have faced the same threat. Numerous well and upstanding members of the community have been threatened with the loss of their home. Currently in America there is a housing crisis caused by the tremendously increased amount of foreclosures on the market. I encourage all who face this situation not to be blinded. In fact there is a very good report available called the Free Foreclosure Report. It is well written, comprehensive, direct and clear in its expose of the problem and the pitfalls to avoid when trying to get out.  The best place to start is to educate yourself about the foreclosure process.
