Is Foreclosure Ruining Your Life?

Were you as shocked as I today by the Northern Illinois University campus shooting rampage yesterday evening? And while the nation and the world recoils in horror wondering what could have caused this madness, we learn that the shooter Steven P. Kazmierczak of Champaign, Illinois was a most  unlikely culprit.  Teachers claim he was a role model student who showed up to class on time, did his homework faithfully and made viable contributions to his community.

He was a man of tremendous promise who will forever be remembered as the Northern Illinois University Gunman.  Everybody is asking the number one question.  Why?  Why would somebody who appears normal and well adjusted and happy in life do this? Clearly, for Steven P. Kazmierczak, something hidden and desperate was brewing underneath all the apparent promise he  showed.  How does this relate to one’s potential foreclosure situation you ask? Well frankly is the foreclosure procedures brewing at the bottom of your financial life that may be driving you to the edge?

Surely, there are some interesting parallels to be considered if you are facing foreclosure. In the end what kind of student the gunman was didn’t matter.  In the end the fact that he showed no signs of emotional disturbance didn’t matter.  What mattered most is that there was something brewing underneath.  Something that could have possibly been dealt with if only it were known.  Is there something brewing beneath the surface of your financial matters? Are you facing certain challenges such as not knowing foreclosure procedures that are unknowingly driving you to the edge? In this man’s life there was an unknown terror and fear lurking beneath the surface.  That terror and fear emerged and struck death and destruction in the life and heart of this University.

What is clear and easily gleaned from an initial pondering of this event is that in the life of every human being there runs a risk. And even sometimes when things don’t appear wrong there may be a risk that something unknown and unrecognized lies beneath and threatens to destroy the peace, beauty and harmony of life.  That something that lurks may seem benign and unobtrusive at the moment but it is clearly dangerous and destructive.

This event can open us up to many questions if we let it.  Where is my weak spot? As a man, as a citizen and as a human being, what is my weakest link? For sure the gunman Steven P. Kazmierczak was hiding something destructive and deadly underneath the surface.  We don’t believe most people reading this are prone to go out and commit some heinous act of terror or destruction.  We harbor every hope that whatever is lurking is not so dangerous that it will cause death or loss of life.   But still we must ask, is there something like that hiding  in the dark recesses of my financial affairs?

Apparently for Steven P. Kazmierczak there was much about his life that was undisclosed to others and known only to himself.  Someone like him cannot be considered transparent and honest.  But ask yourself the question, am I open and honest and transparent about my life, about my finances? Or is there something within me that I am hiding and protecting that may suddenly drive me to the financial edge? That shouldn’t happen if you become knowledgeable about foreclosure procedues.

For many people facing foreclosure there is a natural discomfort in talking about the situation that often times results in silence.  Few wish to openly expose themselves to the scrutiny and examination of others who may be able to advise, support and help.  Many may see the signs of financial failure and destruction in their own lives but they refuse to share those signs with others.  They choose rather to hide behind pretentious smiles and plastic cover-ups and then suddenly something happens and what they’ve been hiding, protecting and keeping to themselves all along emerges and shocks their world, destroying the peace, safety and comfort of families and friends.

Good news – You don’t have to stay in hiding any longer.  If you are facing foreclosure and you’ve chosen to stay in hiding and pretend that all is well, I challenge you to come out of hiding today. You don’t have to suffer in silence and alone.  In this modern era there is a world of support and help available about foreclosure procedures.  Right now I can refer you to our Free Foreclosure Report and our Financial Freedom Info Pack.  We hope these sites can provide you with information that will help you deal with your most pressing financial issues and keep you from going over the edge.
