Caught in the Foreclosure Process?

Recently, I came across the story of a young man who had basically checked out of life while caught in the foreclosure process.
For sure the procedure of going through foreclosure is grueling, devastating, and oftentimes downright demeaning, and many people choose in the moment of this crisis, to check out.
By checking out I mean they just give up.
This young man who I’ll call Sam was in this very position. He felt like he was in a deep, dark hole, and that there was no way to get out. No matter who he turned to and no matter who he called on, nobody wanted to help him.
When he called the lender no one wanted to talk to him.
When he called the bank, he got no returned call.
When he called his broker, there were no answers, and so Sam, instead of choosing to check into life, checked out.
How did he check out?
Well, he became resigned and cynical. He was resigned that nothing was going to change and that the way it is, is the way it always was going to be.
Can you hear that as being cynical about the future?
He believes that there was nothing new possible, he could not possibly escape the gripping claws and clutches of being in foreclosure.
Is this where you are right now?
I know it is.
Thousands of people facing foreclosure, and grappling with the impending loss of their home, their security, their equity, and their dignity, have chosen to check out. Instead of standing up, fighting, researching, studying, planning, they have just given up.
Now,this doesn’t mean that they’ve never tried; this doesn’t mean that they’ve never attempted and I’m not saying that they never did anything. They may have done all they knew possible, but they hit so many obstacles, came up upon so many brick walls, that each time they felt more and more isolated, and more and more alone.
I’m writing today to let you know that if you’ve chosen a way of being, simply to check out instead of checking in, you could reverse that process. With the same power that you chose to check out, you can choose to check in.
What happens when you check out?
You give in to the resignation and the cynicism that the way it is, is the way it’s always will be, and with that attitude or philosophy and belief you will have no power to make anything new happen.
Giving up in the midst of a crisis such as the foreclosure procedure does not help. Giving in, surrendering, going in your room and hiding in your closet pretending or hoping that the foreclosure would all by itself go away will lead you to eventual disaster. If you want a sure fire way of losing your house, go ahead and continue checking out.
Well you may ask how do I check in?
I’ve got three simple ways in which you can check in and possibly turn your foreclosure procedure around.
The first way to check in is begin exploring options you have not explored before.
How do you find options you have not explored before?
You start by brainstorming.
Brainstorming allows you to gather thoughts without judging them or assessing them or criticizing them or eradicating them. Just gather your thoughts and write this down.
Get out a blank sheet of paper and start writing now. Just write. Write all the thoughts about what’s possible to solve your foreclosure problem.
The procedure to stop the foreclosure procedure.
Write down all the thoughts
Right now
Write as quickly as possible
By exploring what’s possible in this manner, you will begin to activate those portions of your mind that you never knew were available. Your creative and innovative side, how you hook up to life. You’ll begin to discover possible unknown and latent solutions to solving and stopping the foreclosure procedure.
The second thing I encourage you to strongly consider is stopping the foreclosure procedure and crawl into checking out is start talking to people.
Many times when we are facing something — many times when you are facing foreclosure, notice how you gave up talking to people.
Notice how your life changed. You stopped being joyful and happy, and content, and satisfied. Notice how you became smaller, less.
You know you’re checking out when you stop communicating with others.
The foreclosure process that you’re stuck in it comes as a deep dark secret that seals your lip and prevents you from opening your mouth.
You really don’t want anybody to know that your stuck in foreclosure, but the moment you start talking to people again, that’s the very moment your attitude and your behavior patterns change. You begin to recognize, you know something the people in my life haven’t changed and they are most likely willing to help, available to help if only you will let them in.
That’s what it’s all about.
You’re looking for a way to stop the foreclosure process. You’re looking for a way to stop foreclosure by negotiating with the bank. And deep down, you have the belief, at least you had it in the beginning that if you could just talk to the right person at the bank, they will understand your situation and they’ll work with you to adjust your loan, so that you can stay in your house.
I’m inviting you today to check back in on this level. That urge, that belief you had in the beginning when the foreclosure procedures started. That belief is still possible.
I’m inviting you to consider that what you missed in the beginning — why you were not able to get the loan modification — if you possibly did not have the right understanding, the right knowledge about the foreclosure process.
The right attitude, the right philosophy, the right expertise. And the lack of knowing how to approach your bank or a lender can cost you tremendously.
I promise you can put an end to the rising cost of losing your home today.
It’s highly possible you could end the pain today.
You can stop the pain of losing your home by checking back in to your desire to stop the foreclosure procedure. Reach way down deep inside and resurrect that belief you once had.The belief that if you just were able to talk to the bank or lender the right way, with the right conversation, and get in front of the right people, you’ll be able to stop the sale of your home.

Check back in to life, and to the foreclosure procedure solution that you once believed was possible.
Do it today.
Do it now.
Open up and let them see who you really are in the midst of this crisis.
Isn’t it possible that some people in your life that you are close to, that you know that you are friends with, that you already have an established relationship with are ready and poised to help you?
Because you’ve checked out of life so deeply, hiding from the reality of your foreclosure situation, you have not been able to access the solution to help and the support they offer.
No, I’m not saying that they’re going to be positioned or poised to help you by giving you money. Neither am I saying that you should look to them for money. I’m simply saying that they may have ideas, they may have solutions, they may have experience that you don’t even know about, but many times we stay stuck in foreclosure.
Many times, you stay stuck in the foreclosure process.
I’ve seen it happen over and over.
When somebody right next door to you, in the cubicle next to your desk where you work, somebody — a next door neighbor down the street, somebody at your gym, somebody at your club where you hang out, somebody you know knows extra knowledge, additional information that is able to help you access the strategies, the solutions you need, but you had shut down so deeply for life because of the foreclosure process, that you refuse the let them help you.
The third powerful solution that I suggest and strongly encourage in order to help you check back in to life is to start thinking and seeing yourself, thinking about yourself and seeing yourself as powerful.
How would somebody who is financially powerful solve this foreclosure procedure, this foreclosure problem?
How would somebody who is in foreclosure, but powerful in their understanding of money, what attitude would they take?
I’m not asking you to consider what they would do just yet.
I’m asking you to consider what attitude would they take?
What behavior pattern would they take?
What would be their mentality?
What would be their perspective?
What would the their behavior patterns?
How would they approach their day while facing foreclosure?
Ultimately, when you go through the foreclosure process and check out, you’ve accepted the belief that you’re isolated and alone. I’m here to tell you right now that by continuing to support and feed that belief, you will intensify the pain of the foreclosure process 100-fold.
I have a solution for anybody who wants to check back in. The Loan Negotiator Group has solutions that are workable and practical to help you get a loan modification. Don’t you want to be able to modify your loan, reduce your payments, get time to get caught up? Everybody who is in foreclosure and has a desire to stay in their house really wants to find.
